1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or interacting with the Minefield platform ("Platform"), including the website, smart contracts, and associated services, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Minefield ("we," "us," "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited or restricted.
• You are not on any sanctions list or located in a sanctioned country, including but not limited to those designated by OFAC, the European Union, or the United Nations.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
• You are not using the Platform on behalf of any third party or for any unlawful purpose.

We do not target or solicit users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful. We make no representations or warranties regarding the legality of the Platform in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Nature of the Platform

Minefield is a decentralized, blockchain-based game deployed on the Solana network. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Platform facilitates wagering of $MINE tokens on outcomes determined by cryptographic algorithms executed onchain.
